Tubsy is a service provided by parents for parents. Accordingly, we ask that you only use the service to manage YouTube content for your children.
Please do not use our service for illegal, offensive, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
Who can use Tubsy?
Tubsy can be used by anyone who wants to control access to YouTube content. You don't even have to be of legal age to do so.
However, you must be of legal age to enter into a paid subscription so that you have legal capacity.
What can you use Tubsy for?
You agree to use Tubsy solely for managing and sharing YouTube content.
You may not use Tubsy for any other activities. In particular, you will not use Tubsy for illegal, racist, violent, sexual, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive purposes.
Accuracy of your information
To create an account, you need an email address or a Google account. You hereby confirm that this is your own email address or Google account.
In the case of a paid subscription, you agree to provide your own legal payment details.
Legal measures
In the event of a violation of our Terms of Use, we will thoroughly investigate the case and take legal action if necessary.
We base our actions on German law.
